Canadian Dealer Services
As an exempt market dealer registered in ON, BC, AB, QC and NS, Introduction Capital supports the capital-raising efforts of international managers by acting as their Canadian dealer for distributions to Canadians. We fulfill the filing obligations for exempt distributions made eligible to Canadian investors who are permitted to subscribe to securities under an available prospectus exemption. Our service ensures a streamlined process providing ease of method to issuers. Since 2008, distributions totalling $752 million have been placed through Introduction Capital.
